Art Colony sells quirky art for less

INJAMBAKKAM–Art Colony is a new store that sells quirky art decor at Injambakkam.

Two Buddha fountains welcome the visitor inside, where common articles –designer doorknobs and Happyman-style curios, for instance–are placed on white tables. Masks from all over the world and a row of Tanjore paintings line the walls of the small shop. In cubbyholes along the walls, funky teaglass holders, small Ganesha figurines, and reptilian tableware complete the picture.

The artifacts seem good for gifting, and to spruce up drab interiors.
