Freestyle footballer breaks Guinness Record

TIRUVANMIYUR–Tiruvanmiyur resident and owner of academy for freestyle football, PR Soccer Art, Pradeep Ramesh broke the Guinness World Record with 284 consecutive football touches on his knees. The earlier record was 250 touches. Ramesh calls himself a professional football freestyle performer, and has over 300 shows, and movie and show choreography to his credit. His academy, based in Velachery, teaches the art of freestyle football. Classes are held at Elliots Beach, Besant Nagar and at Nageswara Rao Park, Mylapore over weekends.

With him, Raghul Raja, 21, broke the Guinness record for the most eye-to-eye rolls with a football in a minute.
