Water supply to be cut on Sept. 16

Water supply to most parts along ECR will be disrupted on Saturday, Sept. 16, as maintenance work is to be undertaken at the Nemmeli Desalination Plant.

According to a Metrowater release, parts of Injambakkam, Neelankarai, Kottivakkam, Perungudi, Palavakkam and Thiruvanmiyur will be affected. Residents are advised to store water in advance to tide over the day.

For urgent requirements, residents are advised to contact the respective Deputy Area Engineers.
