Boy gets education sponsorship

Graduation

BESANT NAGAR— A boy living on the streets in Besant Nagar has received sponsorship for his studies, thanks to Ganapathy Sankarabaaham and his startup, Vajra Global.

Mohammed Jamir, 16, lives on the pavement with his family, and has done very well in his Class 10 exams. He dreams of going to college. His father appealed to the Senior Citizens Group of Besant Nagar (SCGOBN), who sent out an appeal for supporting the boy’s education.

Sankarabaaham responded and has also assured that Vajra Global will sponsor his studies through college, as well as a job post college.
